[ Late Policy]

Please plan to arrive on time for your scheduled jewelry workshop to ensure the best experience.

- We have a 5 minute grace period. Please contact us if you are running later than 5 minutes after your reservation time.

- Up to 10 Minutes Late: If you’re running late by 10 minutes or less, you can still join the session. However, please note that you may miss part of the instruction.

- More than 10 Minutes Late: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may not be able to accommodate you in the current session. Due to the structured nature of our workshops, late arrivals can disrupt the flow and affect the experience for other participants.

- Unfortunately, late arrivals beyond 10 minutes are non-refundable.

 

[ Cancellation & Reschedule Policy ]

All class sales are non-refundable, but we are happy to assist you in exchanging for a different class.

To modify the schedule, kindly inform us at least 48 hours prior to the class. 

No-shows are not eligible for exchanges. 

 

[ Respect Policy ]

We require all participants in our workshops to show respect to our instructors. If you have any concerns during the workshop, please address them respectfully with the instructor. We are committed to resolving any issues to ensure you have the best experience possible.

Derogatory comments toward staff or other patrons are not acceptable. Any violations of this policy will lead to the Customer being asked to leave and no refunds will be provided.
