I was accidentally provided a necklace with two of the same pendants and they responded within minutes and immediately sent the pendant i was missing! I received it the very next day. Originally, I had purchased a vertical name necklace from another company and was not happy at all with my order as the letters were not consistent sizing between the two names I had ordered… I found Meirako online in my search when looking for another option and emailed to inquire about their similar product and they were so friendly and prompt so I purchased I purchased a vertical name custom necklace of my children’s names. I am so happy with the product, it’s superior to my previous purchase and also so beautiful, less costly and their customer service team are so lovely!
