For iPhone users, simply use the Voice Memos application. Record the word you want from the voice you want. For Android users, simply download a soundwave app from the store - our favourite is Google Keep. All you have to do is open up the application, record what you want to say, and save! Then, send us the file with your order.
How do I create an imprint of my fingerprint?
This is a little more involved, so please follow our instructions carefully! You will need a graphite pencil, packing tape, post-it notes (or other brightly coloured paper) and of course, fingers!
First, take your pencil and draw on your post-it until the surface is entirely black. We recommend holding the pencil at an angle and really scrubbing the graphite pencil tip into the paper. Go for it!
Once this step is finished, rub the finger you wish to imprint hard on the post it until your entire fingerprint is covered in graphite.
Now lift the print by taking a piece of packing tape and placing it over your graphite covered fingerprint. Make sure the entire fingerprint is covered and that the packing tape is stuck to every part of your fingerprint.
Carefully remove the packing tape and place it on another post-it note. Please make sure the print is clearly shown and the tape isn’t folded, creased, or otherwise compromising the composition of the print.
Then, take a photo with your phone in a well lit setting and upload an image when you place your order.
How do I submit a sample of handwriting or drawing from my mobile phone?
Simply take a photo of your writing or drawing on your mobile device - please make sure the image is clear, bright, and easy to read. Upload the image when you place your order.
Can I cancel or change the order?
You may change or cancel any order within 24 hours after you place an order.
To initiate a change or cancel, please contact our team at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Because of the custom nature of our personalized jewelry, any customized jewelry cannot be refunded or returned beyond 24 hours after purchasing.

Do you offer group purchasing options?
We offer a discount for a larger bulk orders. Please contact us by email at email@example.com for a quote.
Will I receive a proof/sketch?
All custom orders receive a proof within 5-7 business days of placing the order if you choose a sketch option.
What is the processing time?
Handmade takes time.
For any custom designs, our normal turnaround time is 1-3 weeks to be created because of its custom and hand made nature.
For ready to wears, it usually takes 5-7 days.
If you need your piece by a certain date, please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org or include a note with your order and we do our best to accomodate.
Where are you located?
We are located in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. Each piece is handcrafted in our Edmonton studio.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
All of our jewelry is covered by our warranty for 60 days. Our warranty covers plating issues for gold plated sterling silver products, any chain or clasp defects.
If your jewelry broke within 60 days after you receive the jewelry, we are happy to repair at no extra cost, but customer is responsible for both shipping fees. If you need a repair done and your order was placed more than 60 days after breakage, fees will apply to repair/exchange.
We ask that you review the "Our Materials" section and review the "How to Care" instructions. General wear and tear, scratches, dents and misuse are not covered under warranty.
Warranty does not include size adjustments after pieces are purchased.
